Diamond Events is a full service wedding and event planning company.
Located in Elizabeth City, NC - Serving Hampton Roads, VA to Outer Banks, NC. We are happy to travel as well.
We're there for the couple who want to do most of the planning themselves, but when their wedding day arrives, they need a professional to execute all of their hard work.
Too often, couples or hostess' rely on family and friends to help carry out plans on the day of their wedding/event. By asking a friend or family member to take on this stressful task, that person will not be able to enjoy the event as a guest, and will end up feeling like “event staff.”
In most cases, your “volunteers” have little experience in the role of event planner. They often end up feeling overwhelmed as they try to keep on top of everything that must be done to ensure that the day runs smoothly.
Our day-of coordination packages include:
Gem Package (Pricing starts at $350) Up to 50 Guest
5-hour day-of-coordination - additional hours can be added at $50/hr
One in person or video meeting prior to your big day
Make detailed day-of itinerary and distribute it to all vendors
Keep everyone on track throughout the duration of the ceremony and the reception
Make sure all guests are seated in a timely manner to begin the ceremony on time
One coordinator
*Does not include venue setup of any type
Pearl Package (Pricing starts at $600): Up to 100 Guests
8-hour day-of-coordination - additional hours can be added at $50/hr
Two in person or video meetings prior to your big day

Venue set-up
Make sure all guests are seated in a timely manner to begin the ceremony on time

Complimentary breakfast pastry tray and mimosas for bridal party to enjoy while getting ready

Conduct a 60-minute rehearsal
One coordinator and one assistant coordinator
We also have a mobile bar with mobile bartenders who can travel to various event locations, setting up wherever your event maybe. Our bartending services provide everything—The bar, signature drinks, glassware, and staff who are ready to help get the party started! Packages start at $300
